For Anyone Working With Abandoned Properties

2. As a part of the registration process, they can submit their payments. This is particularily helpful for Lien Holders that are out of town and even in other states
3. Lien Holders and Property Managers can view lists and manage all their registered properties
4. If an issue with the property (i.e. break-in, maintenance, etc. occurs, the local government official has all the emergency contact information available to them
5. Government employees can view reports of all properties, approve registration requests, and monitor all abandoned properties
